Once your application is approved by the landlord, you will receive a lease to review and sign.
To secure the apartment and have it removed from the market, we require payment of the first month's rent after you've signed the lease.
This payment is nonrefundable.
Before move-in, the following are due:
-Last month's rent
-Security deposit equal to one month's rent
-Monthly water fee of $35 per occupant
-Applicable pet fees (see below)
Pet Policy: $400 nonrefundable cat fee. $750 nonrefundable dog fee.
